Privacy Policy for HARIETS.COM
The following Privacy Policy defines the rules for collecting, processing, and using data obtained from you by the online store HARIETS, operated at HARIETS.COM (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") by HARIETS Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw.
§ 1 GENERAL RULES 1.1. The data controller of personal data collected through the website www.hariets.comis HARIETS Sp. z o.o. with NIP number: 1133071778, REGON: 523131556, registered in the National Court Register under number: 0000991354, with headquarters at: ul. Swarzewska 58 lok.3, Warsaw 01-821, and email address: sklep@moissanit.pl. In this document referred to as the "Administrator" and also the "Service Provider". 1.2. Personal data collected through the website are processed in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. 1.3. All terms written in capital letters in this Document shall be interpreted in accordance with their definitions contained in the Terms and Conditions of the online store www.moissanit.pl.
§ 2 SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
2.1. Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to disclose it may make it difficult or impossible to properly provide services, execute purchase transactions, or provide after-sales service.
2.2. The Administrator processes the personal data of Service Recipients for the purpose of: 2.2.1. Registering an Account in the Store in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. 2.2.2. Fulfilling orders in the Store based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. 2.2.3. Sending commercial information with the consent of the Service Recipient, in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
2.3. The type of processed data includes, among others, first name, last name, address, email address, NIP, telephone number, depending on the purpose of processing.
2.4. The Administrator stores personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing and to fulfill any legal obligations.
§ 3 RIGHT TO CONTROL AND ACCESS PERSONAL DATA
3.1. Persons whose data is processed have the right to access their personal data, rectify, delete, restrict processing, transfer, and object. This right also includes withdrawing consent to the processing of data, while maintaining compliance with applicable law.
3.2. In order to exercise their rights, Service Recipients may contact the Administrator at the email address: sklep@moissanit.pl.
3.3. The Administrator undertakes to respond to requests within a period not exceeding 30 days from their receipt.
§ 4 RIGHT TO SHARE PERSONAL DATA
4.1. Personal data of Service Recipients may be transferred to service providers, such as product suppliers, payment systems, accounting offices, etc., in accordance with agreements concluded with the Administrator.
4.2. The Administrator applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access and processing in violation of applicable laws.
§ 5 "COOKIES" FILES
5.1. The website uses "cookies" files to ensure proper functioning and improve the quality of services provided.
